Two Little Birds at MIFA Pitches

Two Little Birds at MIFA Pitches

Each year, the Mifa Pitches showcase the best in original animation projects in their first phase of development in four categories: feature films, short films, TV series and specials and Interactive Creations & Transmedia.

In this section, Luciana Roude and Alfredo Soderguit, will pitch their TV series project Two Little Birds, a co-production between Argentina (Can Can Club) and Uruguay (Palermo Estudio). The project has been selected among 197 submitted entries across the world.

Two Little Birds participated at Animation! / Ventana Sur 2018 and won the Señal Colombia award, which gives the project the direct chance to be presented to the channel for its possible financing.
The TV series project also won the La Liga de la Animación Iberoamericana award, which consists of a full invitation to participate at the 2019 Iberoamerican Animation Quirino Awards edition (Tenerife – Spain) and to be part of the 2019 Pixelatl edition (Mexico).

Two Little Birds has recently made a co-production agreement with Autour de Minuit, the successful French company, headed by Nicolás Schmerkin, Academy winner with the shortfilm Logorama.
